MICROWAVE Take rib burgers from vacuum bag and place in a microwavable dish. Pour all the sauce over the rib burgers. Microwave for approximately 3 – 4 minutes, until product is heated through.
FRYING Not recommended
OVEN Take rib burger from vacuum bag and place in ovenware dish (save left over sauce to baste during cooking). Bake for approximately 6 – 8 minutes turning and basting frequently. For the special grill flavour, grill for the last 1 minute. Do not overcook.
BRAAI Take rib burgers from vacuum bag and place on grid above hot coals or preheated gas grill (save left over to baste during cooking). Braai for approximately 6-8 minutes, turning and basting frequently. Do not overcook.
USAGE SUGGESTIONS Ready to grill/ braai
SERVING SUGGESTIONS Serve hot with choice of accompanying side meal
