Hannah is a celebrated food stylist, chef, and recipe developer who believes that great food is honest, light, fresh, simple, and considered - delighting the senses while telling a story that connects people to place and purpose.

With a genuine passion for cookbooks and transforming chefs' perspectives on food, she champions a tailored approach, recognizing that every situation is unique, from guest profiles to lodge environments. Her philosophy centers on pillars like clear briefs, realistic timelines, managed expectations, seasonal menu design, and long-term end goals that balance impact with effort.

As the food editor for Woolworths TASTE magazine, Hannah has spent over a decade styling and developing recipes for top brands like Le Creuset and Woolworths South Africa. Her work spans editorial features, advertising, and hospitality, where she elevates everyday ingredients into visually stunning, approachable dishes.

She specializes in full-circle dining experiences, thoughtfully selecting plates and crockery that narrate the brand's story, while sourcing sustainable, seasonal ingredients to enhance guest journeys. Hannah also excels in food photography, capturing the essence of meals that inspire and engage. A strong advocate for systems that support excellence, Hannah designs curated training programs, SOPs, cleaning rosters, inspections, HSE protocols, order lists, stock management, dietary accommodations, and upliftment initiatives.

She brings chefs into the guest experience process, ensuring follow-through from concept to execution, adding exposure where needed, and aligning everything with the brand's narrative to create memorable, heartfelt moments.
