She has a strong track record in process automation, strategic reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. In her most recent role as Financial Manager, she led a multidisciplinary team and partnered with IT developers to automate core workflows. These initiatives improved reporting accuracy, strengthened internal controls, and reduced turnaround times. Roxanne has also developed pricing models, overseen full budgeting cycles, and supported audit readiness through governance and policy enhancements.
